- 1 ounce Heavy Cream
- 1 ounce Espresso or Strong Coffee (cooled)
- 1 ounce Vanilla Syrup
- 0.5 ounce Chocolate Syrup (Optional)
- 0.5 teaspoon Cocoa Powder (Optional)
- Ice
- Whipped Cream (for topping)
- Chocolate Shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep ingredients: Ensure espresso is cooled. Measure out vodka, cream, and vanilla syrup.
- Fill a mason jar or cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, heavy cream, espresso, vanilla syrup, and optional chocolate syrup to the jar/shaker.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until cold and well-blended.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
- Serve immediately while cold.
Notes
Use fresh espresso for best flavor; do not use hot espresso as it melts ice too quickly. For parties, mix vodka, espresso, and syrup up to 24 hours ahead, but add cream and shake just before serving to prevent separation. Chill glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving for a better experience.
